wow...busy week!
Joe and I are working on a Master Bedroom Wall...doing a sculpted mural....with mountain background.  Very cool.   Will post pics when the scaffolding is away from the wall a bit.
Also...working on 2 boards for workshops...so we can teach the technique and the students have something very nice to hang on their wall.....and show as a sample of their work.

Wow....the misty sunrise glow on the mountains this morning was spectacular!  I can see a new art piece!   I hope we can all do what we love today and use that inspiration to expand our artistic endeavors.

Just finished the Crystal Cove Commission and a Sculpted relief background niche...  It's fun to switch gears and do completely different projects.  Stepping away from each art form, for awhile, gives me a new perspective later.

We hung Joe's Show Friday...and the first poeple to see it are buying a piece. 
His color, texture and the variety of applications, as well as the creative explanations of his artwork, make this an interesting and exciting Show.

Our Transforming Walls Sculpted Wall Mural DVD was launched this week and I can't wait to see what the artists, who have already bought the video, will do with this fun art form!!  Thanks guys for your purchase and have a blast!!

I wish I had something like this when I was starting out..because the quality of the work would have been better, a lot sooner.....as with any new art form, it takes practice and experimentation to get comfortable and confident with the medium. 
I know it won't take, as long as it did for me, for those who dive in with the video...and I am here to help in any way I can!! 

Is it REALLY the time change this weekend????  I just got used to the last one....

Pittura magazine just launched their great new on-line magazine...it's gorgeous!!  Great info and amazing artists!!

Joe is preparing to hang a SHOW of his new non-representational abstracts this Friday....we'll post pics this weekend....

I'm finishing up a commissioned painting of a scene from Laguna Beach , CA.....and working on the next instructional video. 
My next LARGE commercial Sculpted Relief job is coming up soon in a Condo Complex lobby...doing tress, waterfall, animals...the works!  Can't wait!!
